The expedition will take you across the Torridon Mountain Range and will look to conquer multiple peaks whilst immersed in a truly beautiful wilderness area. Some of the oldest rocks found in the world throw up peaks, Liathach, Beinn Eighe, Beinn Alligin, Beinn Dearg and Baosbheinn.
Each of the Torridon mountains sit very much apart from one another and they are often likened to castles. They have steep terraced sides and broken summit crests, riven into many pinnacles. There are numerous steep gullies and the summit ridges provide excellent scrambling. These mountains provide a really committing venture that you will not forget easily.
The trip provides good opportunities to see Golden Eagles, WhiteTailed Eagles, Ptarmingans, Red Deer, Otters and numerous other species.
Over the duration of this expedition you will be taught the skills and techniques needed to allow you to survive safely in the wildest of Scottish Highlands. We will be wild camping in some of the most remote and spectacular corries and valleys the UK has to offer.
The first day will be spent walking into one of the wild valleys of Torridon where we will set up camp surrounded by many peaks. Over the next three days we will aim to walk three of the major ridges in Torridon Liathach, Beinn Eighe and Beinn Alligin. Along these ridges you will be guided and shown how to move safely over these impressive ridge lines. This is great opportunity to experience some of Scotland’s most impressive mountains whilst learning skills and techniques from experienced guides and instructors.
In addition to the above you will learn Survival Skills along the way from basic fire lighting, to Navigation/Astral Navigation (weather permitting), Water Purifying, Fauna and Flora
This is a public expedition available to anybody over the age of 18 years.
This is very physically challenging expedition each day is very long (8hrs mountaineering) carrying all of your equipment. On some very committing ridges. Must be comfortable to cope with all of this in bad weather.
Arrivals and Departures
You will be expected to find your own means of travel to meet us at Torridon
You will not be asked or expected to do anything you do not want to do - the activites you do is completely your choice.
A full kit list will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed, expect to require
Tent (or Tarp) , Waterproofs, Walking Boots, Water Bottle, Cooking Pot.
Most food will be provided in the format of ration packs, however please feel free to bring along any snacks.

Torridon is on the west coast of Scotland, 109 miles (175 km) north of Fort William and 80 miles (130 km) west of Inverness.
