Whether you are looking for a dedicated pre-deployment training package suited to a particular theatre of operations, to improve the general military skills of the men and women of the unit or something enjoyable and motivational as an alternative Adventurous Training package, Trueways Military Survival Courses suit perfectly.
OCdts and Training Staff of the Defence Technical Undergraduate Scheme being demonstrated trapping techniques by Steven Stewart, ex-148 Cdo, Catterick Training Areas, April 2007.
Steven's six man recce team employed just such a trap to catch a wild pig during an extended Mission on Operation Palliser, Sierre Leone (2001) whilst continuing to conduct Close Target Reconnaisance after rations had been exhausted. Without these basic skills the Mission Outcome would have been jeopardised.
