In the zones where body weight is concentrated, Nordisk use a firm, closed waffle foam, while in the regions of the legs, waist and head, where the pressure is less, Nordisk use a perforated, light foam. This refined technique for optimised weight is completed by the rounded contour. Superfluous foam is eliminated, as is weight and packing volume. The valves are also chosen with care, and metal, to satisfy Nordisk quality requirements. The high-quality foam makes it possible to fold the mat in the middle and roll it up. Thats what gives it the handy, very small packing volume. The 2.5cm thickness is perfect for the “weight fanatics”, There is also a 3.8cm available. How It Works	Roll out and undo the valve so that the mat can self inflate. Top up with air and tighten the valve. To put away, undo the valve, fold in half and roll up from the opposite end to the valve. Once all the air is out tighten up the valve and store in the stuff sack. Mats are best stored inflated with the valve open when not in use.
