Les Brett - Survival Expert

Les has 30 years experience in Africa working in countries such as Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe. International, private and public sector organizations often seek his council and guidance when travelling and taking part in expeditions in Africa. Les has gained his special qualification, experience and training from being a former member of South African Special Forces and Police Service. Les has trained HM Forces, HM Customs and Excise Enforcement Officers and US Special Forces. Some of the clients he has looked after include British Lions, England Rugby and a host of VIP and international celebrities.

As anyone who has attended a Trueways Bush and Arid Regions Survival Course or our acclaimed Anti-Poaching Unit Experience will attest, Les is a wealth of knowledge on all things African, and provides an experience filled with humour and a desire to learn more!
