DELIVERY
Course Booking
Once you place an order for a Trueways Survival Course you will receive a confirmation of your order, next we will book you onto the course, this usually happens within 24 hours of you placing the order. Once we have booked you onto the course you will then get an email containing the course location details and the kit list. Once you have this email your place on the course is confirmed, all you need to do is turn up at the time & location stated on the email.
Gift Packs
Once you place an order for a Trueways Survival Course Gift Pack you will receive a confirmation of your order, Gift Packs are usually posted out with 2-3 days, if you need one quicker please call 0800 043 0832, once your gift pack is posted you will receive confirmation that it has been shipped and is on its way to you. The Trueways Survival Course Gift Packs are usually sent via Royal Mail but can be larger than the average letter box, if you would like it to be sent to an alternative delivery address please let us know.
Online Survival Shop
Once you place an order for Survival Kit on the Trueways Web Site you will receive a confirmation of your order, we aim to delivery all kit orders within 2-3 days, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been posted. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce for larger orders.
A signature may be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the United Kingdom there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. UK Shipping CostsWe have a fixed delivery charge of £3.75 per order (excludes course booking)

Course Bookings
Cancellations must be made in writing and
the following refunds will be available: If you cancel up to six weeks before
your booking, you will be given a full refund including any deposit. If you
cancel between six and two weeks before your booking, you be given a 50% refund
and/or lose your deposit. If you cancel less than two weeks before your
booking, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will be liable for the
full cost of your booking, should you not have previously paid. Where payment
is taken over the phone or online you have 14 days to change your mind and
receive a full refund, unless your activity has already started.
