Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to the internal fill line 5 (380ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
